Exercising With Your Dog
Fall is right around the corner. That means great weather for you and your dog to get out there and get some exercise. It is very important to exercise your dog to keep him healthy and fit. Exercising your dog will help his heart and lungs as well as build healthy joints, bones, and muscles that will ultimately help him as he gets older. If your dog is already a senior exercising will help ease the stress on your dog’s body as they get older.
Just like humans dogs cannot just jump into a strenuous exercise programs. You will need to start them off doing short easier activities and build up their endurance and strength.
